Founder & CEO


Yogesh's experience includes working for Procter & Gamble, Amway, Kimberly-Clark and Spotify. His breadth of experience includes front end innovation, whitespace expansion, rejuvenating declining businesses, and accelerating growth.


Digital media


Sara's experience includes digital paid media, working with brands such as P&G, Allstate and Diageo. Sara uses digital media to help grow revenue and gain valuable business insights though performance analytics. 


Qualitative Researcher


Michelle's experience includes using design-thinking strategies to understand people and challenges on a human level. She is a published author and has a knack for distilling research insights into copy, marketing messaging, and brand materials. 


Insights strategist


Rachel's experience includes working for P&G in various capacities including strategy & innovation, go to market models, media, CRM and retail innovation.

TR's experience includes an MBA in marketing research from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and work experience with General Mills, The Clorox Company, and Ahold-Delhaize USA.




Erin holds a Bachelor’s in Finance and a Master of Architecture from The Ohio State University. Her combination of technical business knowledge combined with visual graphic skills makes her particularly valuable for data-driven brands that maintain a high level of visual design.
